Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) form a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “Creator,” or “you”) and Hubtub Network FZ-LLC (“HubTub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in a free zone of the United Arab Emirates. By registering for, accessing, or using any HubTub service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • Application means a request to connect a YouTube channel and/or other supported platform account to the HubTub network.
  • Content means any video, audio, image, or other material you upload to a connected channel.
  • Income means revenue generated from your Content that HubTub collects on your behalf and credits to your account, less any applicable fees.
  • Personal Account means the account you create to access HubTub's services and manage your Content and Income.
  • Platform means YouTube and any other third-party platform (owned by Google LLC or another provider) through which your Content is distributed.

2. Eligibility & Registration

You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.

HubTub may decline to register any applicant, or may suspend or terminate access to an existing account, at its reasonable discretion — including where required to comply with applicable sanctions, export control, or anti-money-laundering regulations.

3. Connecting Your YouTube Channel

To connect a channel, you will be asked to grant HubTub access via the YouTube API Services. By doing so, you also agree to YouTube's own Terms of Service (available at youtube.com/t/terms) and consent to Google's collection, use, and storage of your data as described in the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke HubTub's access to your Google account at any time via Google's security settings.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Content Ownership & License

You retain full ownership of your Content and your channel at all times. By connecting your channel, you grant HubTub a limited, non-exclusive license to access your channel's analytics and revenue data, and to act on your behalf for the specific purposes described in this Agreement (such as monetization support and copyright dispute assistance). This license ends automatically when you disconnect your channel or terminate your account, except where continued processing is required to complete payments already owed to you.

5. Copyright Support Services

HubTub provides guidance and support in connection with copyright claims, disputes, and takedown requests affecting your Content. Where applicable, this support operates within YouTube's own official Content Management System and copyright tools — HubTub does not claim to operate independent, proprietary content matching technology outside of YouTube's official systems.

6. Payments

Income is credited to your Personal Account based on data reported by the relevant Platform. Because this data comes from third parties (such as YouTube/Google), figures shown in your account may be estimates subject to later reconciliation. Your actual Income depends on amounts HubTub actually receives from the Platform; HubTub is not obligated to pay amounts it has not received.

You may request payout once your balance meets the applicable minimum threshold, using one of the payment methods HubTub supports at the time. Bank, payment-processor, and currency conversion fees may be deducted from your Income. For security and regulatory compliance, payouts require that you complete HubTub's identity verification (KYC) process.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes owed on your Income in your country of tax residence. Where applicable, HubTub will provide guidance on completing relevant international tax forms (such as a W-8BEN), but you remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your own tax filings.

8. Dormant Accounts & Unclaimed Funds

If your account has no connected channels and has not been accessed for an extended period, HubTub will notify you at the contact details on file and provide a reasonable period (no less than 90 days) to log in or request payout before your balance is treated as unclaimed in accordance with applicable law. HubTub does not currently charge a recurring fee for account inactivity; any change to this policy will be communicated in advance.

9. Term & Termination

This Agreement remains in effect on a rolling basis. Either party may terminate the partnership with written notice, subject to a 90-day exit window during which existing obligations (including outstanding payments owed to you) are settled. HubTub may suspend or terminate your account immediately where you materially breach this Agreement, engage in fraudulent activity, or where required by law or by YouTube's own policies (for example, following channel termination or demonetization by YouTube).

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in view count manipulation, click fraud, or other activity that artificially inflates revenue or engagement;
  • Upload Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with HubTub's systems;
  • Provide false, misleading, or another person's identity or payment information;
  • Use HubTub's services for any unlawful purpose.

11. Disclaimers

HubTub's services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HubTub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HubTub's total liability arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total Income paid to you by HubTub in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. HubTub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HubTub harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your Content, or your violation of any third party's rights.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the free zone of the United Arab Emirates in which Hubtub Network FZ-LLC is registered. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before pursuing formal proceedings in the courts having jurisdiction over that free zone.

15. Changes to This Agreement

HubTub may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or through your Personal Account at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of HubTub's services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
